Not really. We designed it that way. Wheels / chassis are bulky, expensive and expensive to pull. So we decided to use our exclusive patented platform design. So if you ever want to move your Tiny Home … just call us and we will get it to your next desired location. Plus you don't need a huge truck simple!

We follow-up - We want you to be happy and to tell more people so that is why we follow up and make everything right.
We can build one in approximately 60 days from deposit (50% with order - 40% day of shipping -10% at set up.
Financing is available from a third party lender. We do not offer rent-to-own (terms not fair).

As we use our "loved" design you will see your Tiny Home in less than 3 days on your property. Then within 3 weeks the completed model you selected. We want to make your experience with us one that you will refer your friends and family to. That is why we offer a 1 year full warranty "no questions asked" program.
FROM "Let's do this" TO COMPLETION WE HAVE YOU COVERED
Our simple ordering process makes your experience wonderful. First, we visit your property. Then prepare a written quotation with the terms. Once we receive your deposit we prepare your building and site plan. Our licensed/bonded contractor then attains the permits. Your build includes the concrete pad and state hurricane requirements that we double. Then the structure is started and the exterior is completed in just 1 week. The interior will take about 3 weeks.
